The Problem

A chain of healthcare providers was in need of services in order to improve the quality of care they provided patients. They were unsure of how to improve the communication between the recommendations for patients and their ability to follow-up with them.

The Approach

Vartheta analyzed several applications presently on the market to determine what they were doing correctly and incorrectly. It then analyzed the existing communication the healthcare network had with its clients in order to determine ways to improve it.

The Solution

A new system was proposed in order to increase the efficiency of care provided within the network and enhance the quality provided to individuals. A mobile application was planned to release to customers integrated with Android and iOS native alerts and mapping features.
